The treatment descriptions, blog articles, videos and all other content on the Site are prepared for general information only. This content does not replace a medical diagnosis, treatment or examination by a physician, and does not constitute personal medical advice. Always consult a physician for any decision about your health. Do not start, change or stop a treatment on the basis of information on the Site. Treatment results, patient experiences and images shown on the Site are illustrative; results vary from person to person and no result is guaranteed.
2. Appointments and contact
Appointment and contact forms submitted through the Site are requests; an appointment becomes final when our team contacts you and confirms it. Messages sent through the forms are not a suitable channel for medical emergencies. You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information you provide in your forms and messages.
3. Intellectual property and copyright
Unless stated otherwise, the rights to the Site’s design and software and to all text, images, videos, logos and other content published on the Site belong to Op. Dr. Arzu Ercan and are protected by national and international intellectual property legislation. Content may be shared as short quotations provided that the source is credited and no commercial purpose is pursued. Otherwise, the content may not be copied, modified, reproduced, republished or used for commercial purposes, in whole or in part, without written permission.

- Not to use the Site for purposes contrary to law or public morals,
